This process is a great professional look. We typically embroider on almost every apparel and garments, polos, jackets, hats, blankets, towels, gloves, socks, bags, backpacks, dress shirts etc. Embroidery is the best way to market your brand/logo, and present your business name and slogan to your customers on your uniforms and business apparels.
Please Note: There is a one-time digitizing charge on initial orders to convert your logo into an embroidery file format. Digitizing can be done with any type of file you have.
Puff or 3D Embroidery is another great way to not only decorate your order, but make your design to stand out. Sewing 3D puff embroidery is a process that generates incredible results. 3D puff embroidery requires a few additional steps over regular embroidery. In most cases a design must be specially digitized for 3D puff embroidery.
Please Note: Initial orders will have a one time digitizing charge.
DIRECT TO GARMENT
Direct to Garment is a process of printing on textiles using specialized inkjet technology. This is a great process when you have a design or logo with multiple colors and gradients and it works great with photographs. Direct to garment printing is like an inkjet printer for your shirt, so we can do less quantity of shirts and still get the full color design you want.
Direct to Garment pieces should be washed before first wear and always washed inside out in cold water, to keep the design from fading over time. 100% cotton is the best material to use for DTG printing.
Please Note: Preferred file formats are PDF and PNG Files at 300 dpi, and a transparent background. Setup charges do apply.
Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, specialty products, or for quantities greater than 10 pieces. We have a 12 piece minimum for every color you use in your design and a 10 color maximum. Screenprinting can be done on most apparel like tees, sweatshirts, sweatpants, cinch bags, even yoga pants and some jackets. It's a great way to show your company, label your crew, or sell for your next fundraiser.
With the capability to print up to 10 colors and a perfect mix of automated and manual printing presses, we can offer a virtually unlimited capacity for any job out there.
Please Note: Preferred file formats are PDF, EPS or PDF. Art work charges apply and range depending on the designs we setup.
Tackle twill is specialized decoration, not for every order, but it certainly adds more than traditional screen printing or embroidery would. It begins with a "patch" of sorts that is applied to the jersey, shirt, hat or other garment that is then sewn to the material for a more rugged finish. Tackle Twill is the most popular for both professional sports teams and school athletic organizations.
Please Note: Initial orders have setup charges for the sew disks, and custom logos or fonts will have art charges to cut out the design.
